I love my job!

For you to come in for an interview a young professional with a good education and manners, you decide that it is perfect for you to send him a letter with confirmation of acceptance for work, and he will respond to Internet slang, decorating letter emoticons and exclamation marks. And what to do with him now? Most employers will decide that it is better not to take.

Experts complain that this happens more and more often when communicating with the applicant by e-mail, SMS or via social networks. But this is a serious problem. Many graduates and students can lose their position due to the fact that employers consider them irresponsible and not serious. How can I take on the work of man, which communicates with the employer as an old friend, and quite unable to conduct business correspondence? This trend is, among others, can enhance the differences between the old and young generations of employees, it will be difficult to communicate with each other, and not have to talk about what kind of corporate culture.

Some young applicants admit that it is difficult to go to the official tone, but they believe that it is necessary to find a good job. Well, some do not even try to resist their habits: the new generation eventually take its toll, and the employer will have to live with it.

On the other hand, employers are to blame: it is not necessary to use mobile phones, ICQ, social networks and other popular means of communication among young people, and talk to the applicant in person or at least on the phone. Many companies, both Russian and foreign, before the interview with the candidate is asked to write his essay on "Why I want to work here." And then it is tested the ability of the applicant to express his thoughts competently and without slang.
